Good! Turtle Jacks is one of my favourite restaurant chains and this location does not disappoint. Great atmosphere with plenty... of seating both inside and outside. The food is consistent and solid every single time. I’d recommend the four cheese pasta,it’s always a hit! Great for groups of all sizes. The location and table placement at the restaurant were great. Service was quick and efficient. Food was tasty although the... Blackened Basa was a bit on the salty side and may not be good for some. The Muskoka Burger was delicious although I wouldrecommend adding the sunny-side-up egg that may make this Burger even more tasty. Our server Nicky was very friendly, attentiveand welcoming. She recommended the Lake Rosseau Butter Tart which was delicious! Overall highly recommend! Read more

Spontaneous lunch pit stop for me and my dog. I called in before to ensure dog friendly patio. They were able to get the outdoor... tv up and running for the ball game. My server was very friendly with my dog and manager offered raw carrots for it. NYStriploin was delicious as usual and wine choice was good. We love Turtle Jacks. The is particular one has friendly staff and the food is great! My fav is the New York Chicken Dinner! Ok,... it’s a treat because it has a lot of calories but that’s what makes it so much fun to eat. Spiced perfectly and alwayscrispy - I would say I average two of those dinner a month - and yes, I run them off later in the week ???? Great place for anice family dinner to discuss the week and enjoy good food in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Price: Prices are reasonable, notcheap but not over-priced. For us it’s just right. This is a very family friendly place with great offerings for every age group. We celebrated my daughter's birthday here tonight... with a decent size group and everyone had a good time. Food tasted great and service was even better. Mara our hostess,certainly took care of us and was even a hit with the kid's table. They've also allowed us to bring in our own birthday cake andeven gave the kids some treats on the way out. The experience easily would have been worth all the five stars, if the mangopineapple salmon tasted as good as it sounds. We hope no one else had ordered the same dish and felt awful after two bites ofthe salmon. Mara made up for it and accommodated another dish in its place. Overall a great experience and certainly one toremember. Certainly will come back for their great service and have cautious optimism for their salmon dish. Read more

About average, the service was decent. The food was a bit underwhelming, the fries were cold and the burger was dry. We did come... as a large group, and the food might have been put aside until all the food was ready to come out. A few others that I came withalso had cold fries. I do recommend the ice cream brownie, that was the highlight of the food. If it wasn't for the service,this would have been a generous 3/5 stars. Read more
