WOW, I have never experienced so much contempt and attitude from a customer service rep. I did a mobile 'carry out' order before... walking into the building because I don't like lines and I want to make sure certain things are not on my burger. Upon arrivalthe accordion window is pulled across the front, there's a delivery guy waiting at the tiny gap for an order, and about 4-5people standing in front of the counter confused and waiting to order or for some sort of contact from the Wendy's staff, whichare rushing around and actively avoiding eye contact/ignoring the few customers that actually bothered to get out of theirvehicles and walk into the building. Driver gets handed his order and then the employee just closes the window the rest of theway pretending there isn't a line of people directly in front of them. After another minute one of the confused customers walksup and knocks on the window to inquire as to what is going on. What seems to be the manager comes over dripping with attitudeand very rudely tells him that they're too busy and only servicing the drive thru, and ignores the gentleman's questions ofwhether there is some sort of signage that he missed. They disperse to other vendors while I continue to wait for my mobilecarry out order. I see what I suspected was my burger get packed into a bag and walked over to the drive through window. I waitfor a few more minutes before the employee cracks open the window and asks if I'm the mobile order, also dripping with attitude,when I say yes she practically slams the bag down on the counter while rolling her eyes, and slams the accordion window closed.I have never been handed a burger with such contempt. I get that fast food workers have a thankless job and are not well paid,and from their hiring signs I'm guessing they're short staffed (I can't imagine why somebody wouldn't want to work at thislocation LOL) but there is 0 reason to be so incredibly rude to customers who waited politely and legitim Read more
Storefront is ALWAYS closed at LUNCH time. Either hire more staff or run your store better. Management should be embarrassed.... Also extremely unfair to the population that doesnt drive. Do better Wendys. Friggen joke. Read more
Since the pandemic, Wendy?s has been the only place that?s been consistently open late on weekdays. I?ll head there after... barbershop practice and grab a burger and a fry, or a small bacon poutine. Let's start with the signage indicating dining room and drive thru hours even though the dining room isn't an option for... ordering and continue on with the fact that we went to the drive thru at 8:30 and no one was there. Upon approaching the windowsomeone was indeed inside but ignore the customers. How is this location still open with such awful service? Read more
I went here because the other Wendy's on Fairview was closed. However at dinner time their indoor window wasn't open (while... other places in the food court were open). Not a big deal except they operate at a snail's pace at the drivethru... I'm notsure if it's poor management or grumpy employees, but the people working there were definitely having some bad days. I wenthere twice already and it was the same each time, so it wasn't a fluke. Read more
Spicy Asiago Ranch Chicken Club is absolutely delicious. Hamburgers are good. Personally I'm not a huge fans of the buns they... use for most burgers. Fries are also good. Side note; medium sized drinks are huge. Read more
The old cashier lady was awful. Her attitude is unexepteble. She was acting like she is doing a favor and we should be there.
Brought my 5 year old here for his birthday dinner because he chose Wendys. Get here at 5:45PM and they have the cage closed for... in store dining, although their advertised hours for in-store dining are until 8PM. Why would the restaurant be closed duringdinner hours? Update: didn?t return home until 6:15PM (I live a 5 min drive away). 25mins in the drive thru and they forgot mysons BBQ sauce with his nugget kid meal.
