The location is nice, and usually this is a good place to eat. Just don?t count on them to follow through on very important... catering needs that were planned weeks in advance and cancelled last minute without any warning. This place is CONSTANTLYclosed. I wonder if *maybe* just maybe they would have reliable employees if they paid a fair wage. Is that such a hard conceptto understand? I guess what has me most frustrated is that I keep on going back to Chipotle after having one horrible experience after another,... giving them "one more try." I've finally gotten the message. I've always enjoyed Chipotle (healthyish, tasty and moderatelypriced). While I have sympathies for the line workers, management is a total cluster. They're either incompetent or simplydon't care - or likely a combination of the two. I placed an order online on Saturday night and when I went to pick it up (ontime), the store was already closed and had been for some time. I went to request a refund yesterday but they closed early andwhen I went back today, the manager told me he couldn't give me a refund even though they took my money and didn't provide themeals. Rather dismissively, he said I had to call their complaints center. Waited on that call for 20-minutes, beyondfuming. And when I look online to see what their store hours are, I find three different listings of their open hours, two ontheir own site. How hard is it to update your branch hours? When I suggested this simple, customer-focused action to the storemanager, he shrugged and said "it was above his paygrade." Really? Of course we need to have different expectations of servicedue to obvious staffing issues. This location hasn't had normal hours in over a year. But if they can't staff a singlerestaurant then why did they just open a second location 2.5 miles away? Goodbye Chipotle! Read more

Went for lunch while on a roadtrip to Vermont and it was awful. Tables are filthy and the food wasn't edible. Rice wasn't... cooked, steak was overcooked and as hard as a rock. The chips were stale and flour tortillas in the kids meal were also stale. Iasked for a small amount of spicy salsa and the woman working there put about 2 cups worth. I then asked for a little bit ofsour cream and she put about a cup. The meal was not edible and went straight into the garbage. My kids ate a few spoonfuls ofbeans because that was the only edible thing on their plate. The rice was so undercooked that it hurt their teeth. Never goingback, EVER. Read more

It's never open so I'd give it zero stars if I could. The last four times I've tried to visit at lunch (12 - 1:30) it's been... closed. I tried to visit for dinner last night at 7:00 and it wasn't open. If this is due to staffing issues, modest wageincreases would ensure sufficient staff. With lines continually out the door, it makes no sense to close the doors rather thanpay a competitive wage to workers. Previous to the not being open issues, this Chipotle was notorious for ridiculously smallportions where literally only half a bowl was filled. This place has been a mess for the last couple of years. I've beenhappily eating at Chipotles since the 90's and this Burlington location is BY FAR the worst run I've ever seen. Not even close. Avoid at all costs. Read more

I ordered from this Chipotle for the first time my bowl looked like half of it was missing. I WAS FURIOUS!!! I knew I shouldn?t... have ordered it through Uber eats. The taste wasn?t the usual taste of Chipotle. I then tried it a second time within thestore, again the staff acted like the food is coming out of their pay checks. Another bad experience. Please for the love of god open a second location in the Burlington area. This place is WAY too busy.... 30-40 waiting in line to order and another 10-15 people trying to pick up orders from a cramped shelf stuffed in the corner withless than half of people wearing masks. The staff is so busy trying to keep up with orders that they are just throwing the foodtogether with absolutely no care. My ?crunchy? tacos looked like a toddler made them in bucket of water. Also, there is no onecleaning tables so people can sit and eat, but you wouldn't want to anyways because you're just surrounded by dozens of people.I can't imagine the stress of the employees, but I can imagine that retention of employees is pretty low. Relieve the pressureand open another one in the area. Perhaps one closer to the university that can take more of the hundreds of college students.This is the third bad experience I've had in a row and don't think I will be returning any time soon. First Karen post here. This would be 5 stars if workers just announced orders (especially online ones) when the order was... completed (I blame the manager). There?s about 60 people gathering next to registers trying to hear staff that aren?tannunciating loud enough or just aren?t saying anything, so to know if your order is complete you have to go to the literal4X4ft online order area every 3 minutes, with 20 other customers to check?. During a pandemic. Currently waiting for an ordermarked completed 1 hour ago, and I?m behind many other customers with same problem. To the manager: Buy a PA system? hire moreworkers. I used to come to this location often when it first opened and was managed really well. It used to be so clean. My last visit... was a few days ago and I've never seen it so messy, the place is in rough shape. it almost took my appetite away while I wasordering. The girl that started my order was very sweet and friendly. The guy at the register didn't seem to have much customerservice experience, wasn't friendly at all.
