I would of given them 5 stars but the one employee ruined that. I tried to order online but for some reason my order wouldn't go... through, and I did check to see what time they closed and I had plenty of time. So I tried calling 4 different times and noanswer. Then I decided to drive down to see what the issue was. I went inside and told the guy I couldn't order anything onlineand no one was answering the phone. He told me they were closed and nothing could be done about it. I told him the hours onlinesay different and I tried ordering awhile go, but he had an attitude and didn't seem to care. Then this other guy who usuallydelivers the food asked what was going on so I explained to him what had happened. He said I am very sorry for what you're goingthrough here is 2 free pepperoni pizzas if you would like them at no charge. I was very grateful for his kindness and gave him avery nice tip for what he did to keep a customer happy. Read more
I got a free pizza for waiting over 2 minutes. No where did it say I was supposed to claim the offer within 7 days. I think that... is wrong considering how often we order and very misleading. I don?t check my email daily or even weekly sometimes but I didcheck my piece of the pie rewards and never saw it loaded onto my account. It should be automatically loaded onto your account.
