I have been a customer of dominos for a very long time. So the one star that has to be left I suppose could be for the fact that... the food comes hot and fresh every time. But the service is absolute garbage. They have no standard for how they treat customersat this location. There are rats in the basement of the building that they ignore. It is not clean. These people do not washtheir hands before working WITHOUT gloves with the pizza. Like I get it. The pizza will be baked after you touch everything onit, but still, who knows what you could?ve been doing with your hands before you just throw your keys into your pocket, clock inand go straight to the pizza with your bare hands. We've ordered here countless times over the past couple years. The quality is usually good and dependable but tonight was awful.... Something happened with our order. The entire order was was coated in some spice of some sort. Even the garlic knots were toohot to eat. Tried to call for a refund but the guy hung up on me because I interrupted him. I bought a pizza here and mid way eating I saw a bug baked in my slice. I suggest don?t eat here or please look at your pizza... before leaving or have it delivered to you. I literally regurgitated after seeing this on my food. If I could have left zerostars I would have. Read more
Placed our very first order from Domino?s since we moved to VT a few months ago. Brooklyn style pizza and cheesy bread with... spinach and feta. Order was ready on time and we received a $3 ?tip? (credit toward the next order) for picking up the pizzaourselves. Pizza was good and bread was a little overdone. Store is rather small and is located on a corner, right by thetraffic lights at a busy intersection. There?s a small lot next to the store, road is narrow and they share the parking spaceswith the building tenants. That being said, if you?re driving to pick up your order, finding a spot to park can be challenging. Read more
Update: they are also consistent with service. I've never had a delivery take more than 20 minutes after I order (grilled... chicken, pineapple, BBQ, thin crispy crust in photo. I ate the sandwich already sorry.) **grilled chicken is AWESOME*" 20minutes from ordering on my app to my food arriving at the door, 2 nights in a row. Tons of coupons for every palate, everybudget, and every family. Everything was hot and fresh even after delivering it. Pizza tracker is the coolest thing ever. Iused to knock Domino's a lot, comparing it to sit down Italian restaurants frequently. I used not be a fan at all. This is the best Dominoes location, hands down. The staff is always so friendly and the delivery man is so fast!
