Pizza is my favorite food group. I’ve had a few in my day. Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. Said it and I don’t... regret it. Fresh ingredients. Amazing flavors that I didn’t expect coming from a pepperoni pizza. The side of knots onlyvalidated the legitimacy of this place. ???? Read more

We’ve been routine La Boca customers since they opened. We fell in love with one of their earlier pizza creations, and... they’ve always been willing to make it for us in the past, even though it left the menu. Until tonight. Tonight we were toldthis was impossible, even though I can see all of the ingredients needed to make the pizza listed on their current menu. Verydisappointed. I will hesitate before ordering again, or recommending to others. Edit: To clarify, the person we spoke to onFriday night told us "those ingredients are no longer available," and was rude to us when we asked if they were. We were alsocompletely shut down when we asked if we could recreate the pizza, as you are suggesting. It was only after this unpleasantinteraction we saw you did, in fact, have all the ingredients on hand. Unfortunately, that first interaction did NOT make uswant to call back. I would have gladly given La Boca another chance, but after your response I think I'll pass. Clearly thisproblem starts from the top down. Perhaps instead of arguing with paying customers, you could instead use that energy to bettertrain your employees. (Updated to 1 star) Read more

Disappointed. I have dined here many times in recent years and considered this place a little gem in the North End. The Italian... dishes that once made up the menu have been replaced with burritos and tacos and the atmosphere of a local bistro seems to havegone. Feels like a pizza/burrito takeout place now and unfortunately both of the takeout pizzas I ordered were each missing atopping. The pizza pictured was supposed to have potato on it. Either they were out and didn't bother to tell me or they justoverlooked it. Attention to detail is important, people notice. Read more

Delicious pizza. We been going to La Boca for years. It’s always a hit. The pepperoni pizza is my go-to—the Special Roni on... their menu. Always get a side of knots too. I’d definitely recommend it! Great local place Read more

We’ve been supporting La Boca at least every other week for the past few months. We were blown away by what were truly... outstanding chicken and eggplant parm dishes, likely the best in town. The last three occasions our portions have been skimpy, tonight extremely skimpy—the chicken in the chicken parm weighed in at less than 4 ounces. The price, still $16. The reason, according to the restaurant firsthand, was that they were running low. Awesome. We might have ordered something else if wewere told they were sold out of chicken parm, but instead they chose to rip out quality from their dishes and risk losingcustomers. Not the smartest approach to running a business in these especially challenging times. Read more
