Required online orders only (which is fine?I understand places are severely short staffed right now). However, after we placed... the order, it said that the food was not going to be ready for an hour. We had somewhere to be, so I immediately went inside tocancel the order and an employee said it would not be a problem. She must not have done it though?my card still got charged forthe almost $50 order. Now I have to go through corporate to hopefully get a refund. The larger worker with the red colored hair was extremely rude. When I came in with my daughter she made a racist remark that I... do not feel comfortable repeating. I also saw her put chips in a bag that had fallen on the floor. I used to come here often butwill not be returning as long as she works here. Read more
I went in this Moe?s with my team and the employees were rude to our group upon entry. We were being patient and polite and at... one point one employee decided she was going to stop serving the group and stormed out of the store. I understand beingoverwhelmed by a large group, but we weren?t in a rush and Moe?s is meant to serve a number of people quickly, that?s the wholepoint of this establishment. Most businesses would be happy to make $500 in a half hour, but it?s clear that the people who workhere throw tantrums if they have to actually work. This place has definite gone downhill. Ordered vegetarian Home wrecker. Looked and tasted stale. Salsa bar is almost empty.... Store is dirty, the soda machine has a pool of water in front of it. Never been to a more dirty place. Read more
The few good things I will say is that for one, the line moved pretty fast and for two, the food was great. But rude employees,... yelling at customers to come in and shut the door and were very snappy with everyone. We go to sit and could only find onehumanely clean table, no tables were cleaned off, chips everywhere, sauce everywhere. I don't know what is going on with this place and not having air conditioning. Went today and had sweat beads running down my... forehead while waiting. I have a hard time with heat so it was a lot by the end. Food was decent and the workers goodconsidering how miserable it was inside. What a shame, walked in here and knew this place would be a disappointment. Dirty tables and trash everywhere!! I go to order... and they were out of most items. I?ve gone here in the past and gotten good burritos but today their website let me order a burrito online promising it would be... ready in 15 minutes but when I got there the restaurant was clearly closed. It?s not worth wasting my lunch break driving to aplace that can?t update their website.
