A great little gem we stopped in while walking on a rainy day in Burlington. This bakery has breakfast and lunch options which... looked delicious (they also had vegan options). My wife and I each got a pastry which we really enjoyed! The owners (or clerksat the counter) were extremely knowledgeable about their products and able to explain with great detail what went into eachbaked good. I know this seems like it should be a given at a bakery, but I've definitely been to some where it seems the clerkshave no clue what is even in a cookie. Read more
