Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Perfect weather for my first visit to SPLASH next to the ECHO center in Burlington VT. Stayed... three hours overlooking Lake Champlain enjoying my friends, the weather, Spirit of Ethan Allen ferry boat ? passing by, thebeautiful sunset and people watching. In the Vermont area for work and I thought I'd try out a local place. The view of the lake was amazing???????? but that's where... the sparkle ended. I ordered the fish and chips for $19 only got one piece of overly battered haddock that was dry and notseasoned. Also the batter wasn't completely done. Fries are fries and a minute maid lemonade. Service was lackluster althoughthe young lady that took me to my table was very kind. I guess you're paying for the view only. Wouldn't return. Read more
The location is absolutely beautiful and the service was great. They also allow dogs which was a bonus for us. The food however... was just so-so for the price. I expected a $29 lobster roll to be amazing, and it really wasn?t at all. I?d definitely come hereagain for the atmosphere though! Read more

Great view of Lake Champlain while dining. Service was attentive and pleasant. Delicious Bloody and other cocktails were also... tasty. We had Coconut Shrimp, well breaded and the mango sauce was really good. Also had a grilled chicken club which I enjoyed.Highly recommended! Read more
Perfect spring lunch on the water. First day open for the season on a beautiful spring day so there was a wait. Put your name in... and stroll the boardwalk or grab a brew at the bar. Lobster Cobb salad was excellent. Fish tacos were very good - but they arenot fried so more of a fish salad taco. Sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy. Luckily got there shortly before they closed for the season. Good food, great view! We ended up ordering a lot of fried food, it... was just our vibe at the time. But I'd like to go back and try some of the other options. Small but decent beer selection. Ifyou're around and the wait isn't super long, you should go. Read more
