A restaurant like no other, The Daily Planet was a very enjoyable experience. Emily, my waitress was very friendly and right on... point with service. I was able to enjoy outside seating and noted the inside had great art that matched the setting. I enjoyedtwo adult beverages, the Smoke Jumper and the Kentucky Mash. Both were great, but the Smoke Jumper was particularly well mixed.I had two small plates; the Green Beans Almondine and the Gazpocho Verde. The The Green Beans Almindine was so good I want totry and make them at home. The Gazpocho Verde was excellent, but be prepared for a cold style soup, which I enjoy. Read more
Excellent food and top-notch staff! Our group had a great time here. The cocktails are imaginative and tasty. The dishes are... all over the place and very creative. Hard to pin down the 'type' of restaurant, and eclectic is probably a good choice. We werepleased with everything. Read more
Pretty good place with nice atmosphere. The food was good and I liked their cocktail options. The Solarium is very beautiful,... but be mindful that it's little chilly in the winter months, cause I think there is no heating in that area. Read more

Okay the food here tasted AMAZING!! We loved our vegan nachos, soup and salmon dishes. Portions were slightly on the smaller... size for the price but we felt the flavor still made it worth it. Totally awesome dinner here, with inventive cocktails, great service, and especially delicious entrees. Hot, savory dishes and... fresh wine. Splendid apps. Cheerful atmosphere that filled up with happy diners. A big menu for many palates. A chill, funkydecor offset by lots of natural night and idiosyncratic nooks.
