I wish I could give Panera more stars but the food I got tonight is worth 2 stars maybe even 1 star. I ordered a grilled cheese... and tomato soup (to go). From Canada! This is a bit like Tim Hortons but wayyy better. Both the sandwiches we had were bomb and really carefully thought... out. Would come back for sure. Not worth the visit. It?s looks great in the pictures but I was really disappointed when it came out of the kitchen.
I genuinely have never had to write a review on anything but this needs to be said. This was the worst place I?ve ever received... an order from. Just wanted a sandwich and some soup. My order was 40 minutes late. Everything was completely cold. I expectedthe grilled cheese to be a normal sandwich size and it almost looked mini. No joke. Same as the soup. I paid $21 for a mini soupand sandwich. That was with free deliver. I didn?t eat anything because it was cold and the cheese on the sandwich was barelymelted.
