I wish I could give Panera more stars but the food I got tonight is worth 2 stars maybe even 1 star. I ordered a grilled cheese... and tomato soup (to go). Got home and got the food out?.I got a tiny grilled cheese that wasn?t even grilled, it?s like theyslapped bread together with melted cheese and called it good?.at least the soup was good. Read more
From Canada! This is a bit like Tim Hortons but wayyy better. Both the sandwiches we had were bomb and really carefully thought... out. Would come back for sure. Not worth the visit. It?s looks great in the pictures but I was really disappointed when it came out of the kitchen.
I genuinely have never had to write a review on anything but this needs to be said. This was the worst place I?ve ever received... an order from. Just wanted a sandwich and some soup. My order was 40 minutes late. Everything was completely cold. I expectedthe grilled cheese to be a normal sandwich size and it almost looked mini. No joke. Same as the soup. I paid $21 for a mini soupand sandwich. That was with free deliver. I didn?t eat anything because it was cold and the cheese on the sandwich was barelymelted. I?m very disappointed and will never order from here again. Read more

Like most consumers, I pay attention to service. When I receive outstanding service I literally jump for joy. It makes my day.... Maybe even my week! I took a client to lunch on Wednesday and had an incredible service experience compliments of Alex. From theway he treated us while taking our order, then checking if our expectations were met, and even helping to clear our plates.Thank you for doing such a fine job hiring and training outstanding people. Consistently good. Sometimes late at night I'll get a soup that tastes burnt but that's my fault for ordering soup right before... closing. Drive thru takes a bit of time especially if people are in front but they make everything fresh so that's to beexpected. I enjoy coming here if I have time. Staff is friendly. Good parking too. This is the most pathetic meal I have ever received!!! Chicken sandwiches where burned, hardly any sauce, door dashed it, do not... order their food, threw the food away, cost 53 dollars to have it delivered, throwing all away, what a waste.
