Girlfriend originally went to the Sedro Wooley Papa Murphy's and the service was so bad she ended up going to the Burlington... store. (Bad review for the Sedro store) Madison the manager at Burlington went above and beyond making sure she was taken careof. She even bought the pizza for her!! Kudos to Madison for a perfect time! This place has the hardest working most diligent crew of workers around! They are always busy but the wait is never long they... are clean polite and in this day and she that says a LOT! Terrible service and even worse pizza. Ordered online and they managed to completely get the orders wrong. Ordered 3 pizzas and... they were all wrong. I went to the Burlington Washington store On a Saturday, wasn't amused, there was a 20 minute wait . Due to scheduling the poor... woman (Michelle) is working in there on the phone, registers, and making all the pizzas by herself. Kudos to the woman workingthat day, she was doing an incredible job. She could not have been working harder or faster.. Who does that to a person? Sheshould have been making the money for the 3 employees that she was doing the work of. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT!!! I am loving that I can order a pizza and pay online then pickup without dealing with the other 3 people who stood in line... tonight to get their orders. We enjoy the pizza and like the prices. Generally a Papa Murphy's night is a fun night. We would have even rated higher but the... lack of training on how to deal with an error lingers. The trainer needs to prepare employees for those what ifs - like when wementioned our last two pizzas (same night) had no pepperoni, we were blamed for not bringing it to their attention thatnight. The value of empathy is powerful and virtually impossible to get irritated at. A simply 'I am sorry... Our policy is(blank) so the best we can do for you today is make you an amazing pizza today.' would have worked far better than "You did nottell us that night." We still are happy to do business here and pretty much anyplace with young people who are early in theircareers will occasionally suffer from lack of training. No biggie.
