I love the chicken. Staff is friendly. The one star is for corporate. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER so that they don?t have to work... with a skeleton crew. Not a good look for you, Popeye?s corporate. Ordered a 12 piece tender family meal was told 3 times they don't offer a family meal only 12 piece tender for 27.99. I... explained the item was on the menu that I was reading from. I was charged 7.49 for a large fry and a 1.15 for dipping sauce.spent 50 dollars to feed 2 people. Pretty sure staff is stealing items customers are charged for. Line was wrapped around thebuilding into the large parking lot. Awful service. 3 women cashiers 2 not in uniform are just talking to each other at thewindow. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Chicken did not taste fresh, you could tell it was old and stale. They forgot the rice with the "red beans and rice" side. It's... just ridiculous. You have one job and you can't even give the customer their complete order. Definitely won't be returning. Read more
Now this is some good chicken thats definitely worth the drive!!! They use real white meat for the nuggets and they are breaded... just like the original chicken. The biscuit is soo buttery tasting and the cajun fries are delish???? 10/10 would recommendgoing here! Read more
Y'know what, the staff at this location is really good,but they lack training as they're not sure what to do when there is... something wrong with your food. They're helpful and it may not be their fault for what I found in my chicken. I have foundsomething disgusting inside my chicken. This was embedded inside the meat in between the fried portion. I'm not sure if thequality control of the chicken is at fault or if this is something Popeyes is doing to make the chicken taste like "chicken".
