Arrived with a group of friend. Service was standard. There was a large party that arrived that walked into the back area when... we were there. I would say it took some time for the server to check back on our table and take our order. Food was decent forthe price. Disappointed. Seating delay. We were a larger group, and had a reservation. We were seated late. Then waited another 30 min... for water ans longer for our orders to be taken. We were there an hour before any service started. Restaurant appeared shortstaffed, which was frustrating since we made the reservation weeks in advance. Then the food was not the greatest. The burgerI ordered as medium rare was so well done it was too tough to eat. I am sad to say our group of people probably won't go back. We used Charcoal Grill for our catering for our wedding and it was just okay. The customer service and working with Sarah was... great. However the day of our wedding the food did not taste as good as when we did our food tastings, which might be expected.But I was really looking forward to the chicken cordon bleu because it was delicious in the tasting, but my chicken was very dryand almost hard to swallow. We had people compliment the food, so maybe others were better. But in general I was somewhatdisappointed with the actual dinner. Salads, appetizers, and service the day of were great. Also, about a month before ourwedding, they told us they were raising the prices for each plated dinner by $2 per person? it made me wonder if they do that toeveryone, so watch out or be prepared for this! This is a really nice place to go. The are plenty of choices on the menu to pick that will satisfy your hunger. They have a wood... fired stone pizza oven that turned out a great 10" thin crust all meat pizza! They also offer ribs, steak, bbq and more! If Iever visit again I will definitely be back to enjoy the awesome atmosphere and staff that make this a must if you in town! Read more
What a great restaurant. The server was very friendly and helpful. Interesting menu, great location, amazing food. They had a... wonderful beer selection. Food was amazing we had ribs, half rotisserie chicken, fish fry, walleye fingers, chicken wings, cheese bites soo good! Service... was good the staff was rushing everywhere to serve. We did have to wait a bit here and there but we understand staffing or lackof employees so we were fine with waiting.. So many good things on the menu to try we definitely will be going back.
