Great service, the staff member took some time to share their thoughts on the meals.
We stopped in on Sunday October 23rd, for the two for $8 double deluxe coupon deal. Our plan was to eat at the ECHO Lake dam,... which is just a minute away. Much to our dismay, the burgers were cold. Since when does Culver's serve cold burgers. These wereso cold that the cheese didn't even melt. Unfortunately this isn't the first time that this happened. Several weeks ago it wasthe exact same thing. Cold burgers. What's going on Culver's? If we wanted cold food we would have went to McDonald's. This willnever happen again as we won't be back. I guess we could have called and complained but what would they have done? Offered newfood? And wait another 20 minutes in line? I just don't understand? Maybe they should pop ut the help wanted sign back up andget help that doesn't cheat and serve cold burgers? Maybe it's just the 2 for $8 deal? I doubt it. Read more
Took over a half hour for 5 cars to get thru the line and get food the guy bringing it out is the slowest person ever busy... licking his fingers instead of getting food out my fish sandwich was horrible they havnt cleaned their friers in so long thefish taste like burnt fries will NEVER be coming here again what a waste of 11$ for a nasty sandwich and cheese curds that weredumped unto the bag upside down. Went in at lunch time. There was no manager in sight. The kid that were working were running around like chickens with their... heads up off. I love the Big C, but not this one. This place will not be getting my business again. Read more
Ordered a sweet tea in drive. Was given an unsweetened tea. Asked for a sweet tea again when the guy gave me my food. He... returned with another unsweetened tea! I only realized after I had taken my first sip half way home. Now i have 2 LG UNSWEETENEDTEAS. Read more
Dine in food came in a carry out bag as they nay have over look that my order was dine in, cold fries & workers walk about... obviously showing they would rather be out doing something else. No one table was wiped after use, until a customer ask to geta table cleaned: dine in people had to hunt down a clean one Not one smile Carry out is a better service option Read more
Great place if you want to waist $30 on raw burgers. And all they do is put you on a list. What a joke
These fast food restaurants are always short of help and sometimes the service shows that. I go because the food is freshly made... and taste good. I'm hooked on their fish sandwich and will stay a regular customer Read more
