Wrote in the delivery instructions, "please leave on porch, it's easier with my dogs, thank you" The delivery driver left dog... treats with the order. Such a small act that left a big impact on me and my doggies, thanks so much to Tyler! Read more
It's hit or miss. Some orders are hot and fresh and loaded with toppings. Other times the pizza is cold or not delivered at all... and when they do the order is late but hours and the toppings are minimum and have slid completely off the pizza. Talking tomanagers is sometimes a cake walk and other times can be like pulling teeth. Read more
My food disappeared when the driver left during contact less delivery. Can't prove the driver took the food but it wasn't there... when he left 1 minute later we tried to grab the food. Called the store and they replaced the food that disappeared when thedriver left. About a half hour later I get a call from the Domino's store assuming it's the manager calling me back. No it'sKyle the delivery driver calling to yell at me and call my wife a liar. This continued for 3 minutes till i hung up.My son couldhear him yelling through the phone in the next room. I had to install a ring doorbell the next day because my family felt uneasyand concerned over the situation. Read more
I pulled up right between dominos and burn boot camp to park and the delivery got mad and claimed it was dominos parking only.... There are not any signs saying it is or isn?t. It?s a shared public parking lot. Read more
Absolutely the most unorganized establishment!! My wife and I order on at 538pm and at that time, stated delivery time was 35 to... 46 minutes. 558pm it stated on the app it was in quality control at 624pm my wife and I called to check status... was informedthat It was out for delivery. I asked the employee to double check due to the app stating in quality control for over 20mins. Iwas than put control hold for about 10mins the same employee got on the phone and stated we can not find your order. I thanasked to speak to the Manger. I was on hold for over 25mins that I was able to drive to the store still on hold!!! I enter thestore where an employee asked what I needed... FYI the phone was ring non stop in the store. I was then told my possibly themanager that he canceled my order ( with out asking ) my order was canceled before I drove over to the store. My biggest issueis that the owner of the store can allow people to work with no accountability to the management staff!! Will be filling acorporate complaint with them as well with BBB to let them know how terrible you treat customer that pre paid and not delivery!! Read more
