Order 16 pieces meal than added 2 extra meals for the kids who wanted the tenders. Guess what i got when i got home? Chicken... sandwiches they wouldn't eat so spent extra 10 bucks on each meal for what. And you ppl didnt answer your phone. Read more
Wow the chicken is getting worse and with the cost of everything on the rise. You figure they would check there supplier and... make sure they are getting nice product. Service was good . But the food quality is bad. The chicken wing was the size of halfdollar. Wow the breast was very small . Wow and for the prices they charge. This KFC used to be pretty rough, but they have bounced back recently. It's good to have a quality KFC back in town, I actively... want to go there now. I really like the #10 big box personally, but the $5 fillups are great for most situations. Wow! Either everyone decided for two days in a row that chicken was the best meal... or they were SEVERELY understaffed. The... first day I waited in line with ten or so other cars for over a half hour. I finally put my order in through the app, andthought I'd be smart and just go inside to pick it up. Ten minutes later, my order's ready, and the line still hasn't moved...Too top it off, the lobby was locked... you couldn't get in if you tried. The second day, I waited about twenty minutes andonly one car had moved forward, so I left, ran an errand and came back to a line longer than when I left. I stayed in line, thenmy toddler woke up screaming. At this point, I couldn't leave the line because the drive through boxes you in. It's either acurb and a plummet, or a building and speaker... another ten minutes go by while I'm losing my mind due to a incessantlyscreaming 2-year-old. And I finally was able to leave... I really like the food... But I'm not sure it was worth the wait. Infact, unless someone else offers to pick it up, I may not go back to this location. Someone needs to tell corporate they havesome problems which need fast fixing! ... At least this time they weren't, "Oit of chicken" 2 hours before close... Read more
