Orders are always wrong. The wait in line is too long. They obviously need more help. I've decided if grandkids want mcdonalds I... will take them to the waterford mcdonalds. Never had a problem there and the kids love the playland. Burlington mcdonalds is notour place to go to anymore. If we want to spend that kind of money we will go to a resteraunt it's the same amount of money andthey wait on you. Read more
I can not tell you how many times my orders are messed up and I come here alot,even one of the girl workers asked me one day to... check my food to make sure it was good cause they know it upsets me. If they are short of staff they should close the resturant down for the day.....not yell at people to get out! And why can't... they put a note in the window that the inside is closed? Locking the door does not work because the door does not work. Thereis four of us that go there every morning and are always greeted by a crabby counter woman. You have now lost us as yourcustomers. Once a month coffee meeting takes place in Burlington, Wi. Coffee was hot and fresh. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. Love... that he even added my sugar for me. Must try this coffee meet up again in July. Read more
