This review is exclusively about the employee Margaret. I went and was excited for new dairy free cheese. I asked once if it was... part of the $10 specials and told no. Over a week later she runs from the handoff to the cashier to ask if I tried to use thediscount. Then proceed to have you glare at me for the rest of my visit. First time going to this location and our order was not correct. Which happens, yes i know. But when asking for it to be... corrected the service had a complete turn around. We had to wait a second time and was given no incentive for this even whenasking. One person said yeah no problem we will get this corrected Then another person came out from the back and said this willnot be fixed unless you pay the difference. I then showed her my order word for word from my phone showing that i was not theone who made the mistake and she refused to budge. So we paid the difference of 6.00. I also asked to purchase the pizzas theymessed up on at a discount so that it wasnt thrown out and I was denied this. I pre-ordered, and purchased, three (3) of the largest pepperoni pizza's that they have for my daughter's 13th birthday party.... When I got there, they were ready.
