So they must have hired new staff from looking at the previous comments. The young men working tonight at 5:30 were wonderful.... As we walked in a man was ordering, he didn't appear to have enough money for the food he was purchasing, the cashier coveredthe costs out of his own money. As we were waiting for our food they gave us cinnamon rolls because they had extra (possiblymade too many or a customer forgot them.) The whole place was clean. The furniture is pretty cheap and basic, but at least itwas clean. As we were leaving, one of the young men were outside taking a break and took time to make eye contact and sincerelywish us a good night as well as thank us for coming in. OMG, the amount they charge for a bad pizza is unbelievable. The Hut in Burlington is super slow and the employees there don?t... seem to know what?s going on. If there is a manager I?ve never seen them. It?s hard to say who works there cause half time therewearing street clothes. Last night I waited over 90 min when was told it would be 15. Sat there just waiting, strange thing wasthere were 3 other people waiting as well but no one else came in the entire time. So there not busy just super slow. Lastlywhile I?m uncomfortable saying this I think it?s important for corporate to know. The employees all looked dirty, greasy hair,filthy clothing. Didn?t look like anyone had showered in quite some time or washed there uniforms, the few who had a uniform on.Overall I?m not sure how this place has stayed in biz in Burlington! After this experience, I will never ever go back to a Pizza Hut again. The description says ?dine in? as an option. They need to... take that off. We went out of our way to go to a dine in Pizza Hut because my son really wanted to. We don?t go out to eatoften, tight budget. I was disappointed from the moment I walked in. 10 tables available, all of them filthy. When I asked thefemale worker if she could please wipe off our table, she gave me a snotty look, didn?t speak, and took what looked like a dirtywet sponge and wiped about 3/4 of it. When I asked her to come back since she missed so much, she gave me another dirty look asif I was really putting her out, and wiped off just a little more. Again, would not speak. Just a look as if I?m asking her toturn cartwheels. I wouldn?t of minded washing it off myself, just to be able to eat off a clean table, but evidently that wasnot an option. The floor was dirty, the chairs were sticky, everything was filthy, and these young workers acted like it?s nottheir job to clean it. Gave me the impression that they can?t be fired because there?s nobody else to do the job anyway. We gottwo boxes plopped on our table. Again not dine in. We had to eat off the cardboard box. As my son was about to take a bite ofhis pizza, I had to stop him and pull off a hair that was about 6 inches long, which did not belong to any of us. ???? We alllost our appetites at that point. I would?ve mentioned this to the workers, but the female worker had already appeared so upsetwith me for daring to ask her politely to clean our table, it made me very uncomfortable to approach her again. Called this store to order delivery.....Got an automated order taker that took the order..After a phone call from manager about... substitutions for my order and another from delivery driver who asked for my address and said they'd be right out, a half hourlater (hour and a half after ordering)I got another phone call saying they can't deliver to Burlington. But I had calledBurlington store and ordered and I didn't know what was going on. I was sick and hungry and couldn't drive to get food and nowafter waiting for the food I ordered, I was told it wasn't coming and they could only cancel the order. . Their automated systemhad misunderstood my address and never repeated it back to me so it sent my order to the Mukwanago restaurant.I called to havesome convenience in my night while sick.... it was anything but. Now I have to call my bank to make sure I don't get charged forthis huge hassle. Will never order from this or any pizza hut again Read more
Didn't cook the food through, left food on porch and didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door to notify us food was there.... Store staff is rude and think they are above you, when calling in order or calling to complain. Delivery drivers are rude. Read more
PSA Dont go to the Burlington Pizza Hut if you expect good service. I ordered the marinara pasta and she brought me a chicken... alfredo pasta and told me they "accidentally made the wrong pasta but it will be right out." My boyfriend ordered a pepperonipizza, but apparently he was supposed to specify that he wanted classic pizza sauce because he got a pizza with some white sauceon it. He also ordered a garlic sauce cup and when he asked for it she brought out 3 cups of marinara sauce. Read more
Ordered online at 4 pm for pick up at 6 pm. Mt daughter was there at 6 and waited till 6:20 for the order to be filled.
