The food was typical Taco Bell, fine. They were very slow to fill orders though. They appeared under staffed.

Worst f*@king location I have ever been! Do not go here if you want your order done right and not waiting 30 minutes. So livid I... had to wait for a f*@ked up order, I paid for, there was no point taking my hanger on poor staff. It was 90 degrees outside that day we were there . We were there about 1.30 . We decided to dine in . Wat a mistake it was .... There was no air-conditioning on . 3rd visit and mistakes every visit. Charged separately instead of combos $6.78 in over charges, ask for hard shell get soft, ask... for s.cream get charged an don't receive, ask for regular Pepsi get diet. Manger on duty was rude, wouldn't let me speak, talkedover me and then hung up and ignored complaints, and I shouldn't be surprised with the incompetence & condescending attitude ofher staff....Go to taco moms in Burlington. We visited the drive through at 5:57pm and there were 9 cars ahead of us. It took 22 minutes to arrive at the order kiosk. We... placed our order efficiently and the person taking the order was pleasant and thorough. When we placed our order there were 5cars ahead of us with orders already placed. We received our full order and correctly prepared (we did get an extra taco but Iam not complaining ????) at 6:48pm almost an hour later. I was hoping that the wait would at least warrant the idea thateverything would be hot and fresh but we began to eat the fries before driving away and unfortunately they were cold but thecheese sauce was screaming hot so I guess it balanced it out ???????. I did still worry about time/temperature abuse but I wassuper hungry. I also requested a receipt because one was not given with the return of my card nor was I asked if I wanted it andwhen I looked at the receipt that was given to me it actually wasn?t even the receipt of my order but possibly another car inline. The receipt is not a huge deal but I like to have it in case I have to dispute a charge or prove I didn?t receive theproduct I paid for. In this case, I really wanted to fill out the survey so your company can be informed of the 49 minuteexperience we had in this drive through. I chose not to express my feelings to the workers because I feel they are trying theirbest and actually had great attitudes. My hope is your company will take this information and consider operating adjustments tocreate more efficiency for your loyal customers and some sort of relief to your loyal team members.
