It?s ironic that the website has a picture of the patio, because it is never open, because they never have enough staff. We... showed up for dinner, quoted over an hour wait, because they had no staff. Don?t bother going here, you will wait forever, foodisn?t worth the wait.I live on Browns Lake, and we never eat here because every time we try to it ends horribly. Horrible service. We got there at 5 on Friday for fish. Had a drink and then ordered. Waited over an hour for our fish dinners.... Overcooked, no butter,( staff said they were out). No coleslaw. Great view, but nothing else good to say. Upstairs, inside wasfull and seemed to get the service. Needs a lot of work before I would consider going back. Really good salad ,crisp lettuce and great dressing. Served by a very nice well dressed young lady ,( to bad she had something... that looked like a superbowl ring in her nose ) .My steak sandwich was the smallest one ive ever had and only had bread on oneside with a couple of tiny pieces of onion string. It was very good tasting, but leave it off the menu, I would be toembarrassed to serve that to someone. First time here, it's kind of tucked off the road so you have to watch for it, if you pass it it is worth making a u-turn. This... is a lovely restaurant on beautiful Brown's Lake. The staff was prompt and friendly, unfortunately the outdoor area was closeddue to staffing. I'll definitely stop back. Read more
