Friendly service, but pretty slow. They seemed understaffed as were only two people working when I was there yesterday... afternoon: one on the till & doing drink stuff, and one making the food. There were two or three other people waiting for ordersonce I paid for mine. They definitely needed a third person working and making food to speed things up. Read more

Ordered twice from this location through doordash. The first time I didn't receive what I ordered specifically but a small... bottle of milk which was opened and drunk half! Eek! Second time I had to cancel my order as I waited for for my delivery for anhour. According to doordash app, the food was not ready almost for an hour. On the other hand, the delivery person disappearedfor almost 45 minutes on the app then reappeared near an hour later to pick up. The delivery person then sat in the car instation square parking for another 10 minutes. That's when I decided to cancel my order. I didn't want to get my food in a soggysad state! This is really unacceptable and unsatisfied order. I specifically order a baby cheese burger with extra mayo. That part in the... counter were fine taking the order, then as I moved asside to wait my order watched order to be made, well well this is veryunexpected which throughout the entire time watching the staff doing what their doing I am not happy how the work in this place.When I get my order confidently called out my order which is not even right and everything is missing, from cheese and fries.This guy handed to me confidently without even checking the order just like nothing happened. I called tell them I said don'thave the cheese in the burger, then he grabbed it handed to the person in the back and shoved the cheese in the burger which isa unacceptable how they treated my food then come home open the bag there's no fries which the other staff removed and I askedfor baby fries which is what size is that? Then normally when a food was exposed it should be making a new one to make sure thecustomers satisfactory of the services which is this part was very very poorly managed by the staff. This is not just happenedonce or twice it happened so many times and I just let go if it, but this time I'm really unhappy how this was done. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in metrotown The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always... delighted with my meal! Servers are also great .
