The quality of the coffee you get here is very inconsistent. Most of the time, when I order latte or cappuccino it's not hot at... all, as if it's been sitting around for awhile, and sometimes it seems the cup is only half full . A couple of times, I'vegiven feedback to them in person but they never apologized. I won't come back and never recommend (at least this branch ofBlenz) to anyone. Read more

All due respect, this is one of the worst Blenz locations. Every other Blenz I?ve been to has been fine. They managed to mess... up a black coffee. A BLACK COFFEE!!! How do you mess up a black coffee???? Like I?d understand if it were anything more complex,but it is LITERALLY the easiest drink to make in a cafe. All you need to do is to put the correct amount of grounds inside thecoffee filter, and select the correct brew setting. I literally do not know how you mess this up. My $3 black coffee waswatery. Watery to the point where I could taste the water more than the coffee. Not even TH is this bad! And TH is AWFUL. Twostars because they at least offered to remake the drink. Read more

I ordered a drink and food item and white the drink came quickly, multiple groups of people got their food and drinks before me... and they asked me 3 times what I ordered and had to wait about 7-10 minutes for it to come out. Read more

Alright- there is a serious issue here. This place is too understaffed and its chaos behind the bar- these poor people!! I... ordered 1 food item, 6 people after me got all their food items and drinks, it takes 10 minutes to get my food item. The peoplebehind the bar came up to me and asked 4 times what I had ordered. Seriously, this place needs a HUGE intervention with how itmanages the flow of orders- I have a feeling they cancel the order once the drink reaches the bar and then just forget about thefood item that came along with it. Also, take names for the order! Multiple people reaching for the same drink because theythink its theirs. I cant imagine how frustrating it must be to work here- they deserve better. Read more

While the food and drinks are good, they seem to have a lot of trouble keeping track of orders. I've come to expect that if I... order a drink and a hot food item I will need to remind staff after they forget either the drink or food is out. The first timethis happened I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and waiting almost 20 minutes before reminding them but it seems to be aregular occurence. I suspect that when they bring the first item they mark the order as complete when it is not. I now avoidordering from this location because it is more trouble than it is worth and I dont like feeling like I have to hound them forthe rest of my order. Read more

Idk about you but I've never gone to any place where they serve hot chocolate using reasonably hot and not-scorching-your-... tongue-off water. And that alone deserves a 5 star. Read more

Super overpriced!! I paid almost $7 for a medium drink. It's just a cappuccino. The foam was gross just bubbles so it was like a... small size in the medium. It's also way to hot to even try to drink for awhile. Read more

A nice addition to the university campus. Located next to MBC or diagonally across from the library. The hot chocolate was not... as rich as it used to be; a bit foamy too. Cheese scone was nice. Read more
