I like booster juice and find most places decent service. However the staff working tonight were less then helpful, with no line... up I waited for 10min while the lady moped the floor then she help a costomer that came after me, and then spoke fast with sucha strong scent I had to ask her to repeat the questions 4 times. They don?t use gloves to prepare wraps that they sell! Which is unacceptable. Girl was putting everything with her hands into a... wrap, then checking me out at cash then when back to wrapping food without washing hands or gloves on. Their juices are nicebut please?some hygienic basics. Read more
Long time location at metrotown - i like to grab one whenever i am in the area shopping or eating.
It?s all about Mehak! If you go here, she is who you want to deal with. I show up everyday after the gym to get my protein... shake (Nott?n Better). But a few weeks in my stomach was consistently upset after my shake. I told Mehak, and she thoughtfullysuggested I reduce the skim milk and replace it with almond milk. We came up with a custom blend and ever since then, I?ve beenable to enjoy my booster juice again (and muscle gains again). It?s hard to find someone who cares. Mehak cares. Went to Booster Juice at Metrotown today as I have been for years. One of the employees was talking without a mask on until I... came up to the counter. She touched her hair, pulled her mask over her nose, took my order and MADE MY DRINK WITHOUT EVERWASHING HER HANDS. Just that blatant disrespect for hygiene was a total turn off. I am very disappointed, especially during apandemic you would think their employees would have better self awareness of basic food safety practices. I won?t be consumingthe drink I paid for. Wow this place has gone down hill. Got an original smoothie which tasted more like juice then a smoothie they must have put a... insufficient amount of ice and must've been someone new making it. I don't know who or what made this chipotle chicken wrap butmy 5 month old daughter could have made a better wrap with a blind fold on. My Chicken wrap came in a oversized bag, it wassuper saggy, not nearly cooked enough and literally 90 on the wraps contents were sitting at the bottom of it. Yikes, will notbe returning. Highly reccomend jugo juice a 2 minute walk away. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would, I just came from booster juice in metro town I asked them if they were closed they said yes... and right after I walked away a girl who was not black came and order 2 smoothies, I waited close to the pound cake bakery andwatched just to make sure that I wasn't misinterpreting things. I confronted them on it and they said they were closed for juicewhich is funny cause I wanted a smoothie not juice. You'll need to get better employees, I am not calling it racism but at thesame time if the shoe fits. Read more
