NOT HOT ENOUGH! Bring your own Microwave!! The basic of the dim sum flavors not bad but failed on one basic crucial standard of... Chinese food TEMPERATURE!! Their keep warm method for the dim sum is wrong. The double boil tray cannot keep the steamtemperature up to standard!! Disappointed! Read more

Good food. The specials were good. I would try it again. Tastier option compared to other food court alternatives

Those steam food are exactly same as the restaurant in Richmond...which is good. But they are always room temperature's cold. I... had mentioned this issue to the food court and restaurant few times but still the same issue which made the food in here isn'tas enjoyable as in the restaurant. Read more

I have been visiting here since they open. I used to like their pork rice a lot. But last visit was so disappointed! When I... picked up, no broccoli or other veggies. I was told because they have nothing left over. With no apology and not informed when Iwas ordering, I was told usually when they have veggies left over for the day, they put some in pork rice. Well, sounds likeveggie is not what I was supposed to get for the last few years. But actually they have broccoli on their menu picture. Not abig deal, but to me, it was a cheat. So sad. Read more

Was expecting a really bad experience here but honestly I think people just expect too much from a food court dimsum/chef... Tony. Got the combo A and beef tendon. The beef tendon is rly good. Arrived steamy hot too. Everything was fresh ish, at leastno stale rice or dimsum. The fried rice wasn?t oily which was good. Was disappointed in the shrimp dumplings tho, the filling isvery mushy. Can?t even tell it?s shrimp lol. Overall happy that there?s a food court dimsum option, but won?t get it again ifthere was no discounts with delivery apps like this time. Read more

I ordered the chicken buns and asked them if the buns I was getting had shrimp in, as I am allergic, and they assured me it did... not. However, as I was eating I noticed there was in fact shrimp in them, which caused me to have an allergic reaction. LuckilyI am not anaphylactic but just beware if you are! The food was tasty but they need to be more careful :( Read more

The small framed/skinny Asian lady who spoke good English was extremely defensive and aggressive at the same time. That was the... first thing that stuck out right after I asked how long it had been since the items were cooked. Her response was slightlyangry/frustrated and simply said, "I don't know." Unfortunately, I've seen her at the stall (all the time) so it was hard tobelieve that she didn't know when they were cooked. So, I tried again and asked approximately how long they were made. She toldme that she couldn't know. Hmm... How would an employee not know? So I asked if she knew if they were fresh. Her final responsein defensive and frustrated demeanor was "I don't know - they were made after the last batch was sold - could have been withinhalf an hour." Sounded quite questionable (half an hour is a pretty long stretch), but I'm the kind to give the benefit of thedoubt. Alright, so I ordered what's in the picture. To no surprise, they were not fresh. They were not hot (barely warm). Theskin on the shrimp dumplings were thicker than the good quality ones. Also, they tasted floury. The skin is supposed to be thin, transparent and a hold a bit of elasticity. The same with pork (siu mai) dumplings - poor quality. After I paid her, she forcedherself to change her demeanor and said "thank you and enjoy." You could hear how dismayed she was to say it. Exceptionally badservice and food was below (way below) average for a chain store. There's plenty of great dimsum restaurants in Vancouver. Youmust be on par with competition at least. Your staff needs customer service training. Don't bother spending your money here. Read more

The girl behind the counter has little respect on the food. Our combo A looks exactly like this when we ordered it. The shrimp... dumplings have broken wraps. Will not come here again. Read more
