They use to be good now the staff just doesn't care or doesn?t listen to what you want and just w.e they want. I asked for a... burrito and they automatically gave me whole wheat tortilla and I asked if they had the white kind and they said they are outwhich I understood. Got my order wrong making a long wait longer. Expensive ($24 for 3 tacos). Not happy with the value, the fish was small. That's... not $24 worth of food, even if I wanted tacos. Had to roll the first taco back into its shell. They tasted good. But I shouldn'thave gone to A&W. Read more
Ordered a bowl with steak and the beef could only be compared to chewing on a bath towel: dry and flavorless. The rice had some... crunchier bits so was either dried out or undercooked. When I ordered, the service team member gave the vibe of someone whoworked a long shift and was closing in the next 5 minutes but it was only 7 pm. I hope the two people working that night areable to move onto jobs that bring them some sort of joy in life and not have to be around food or customer service. Read more
First time trying chronic tacos.Corn tortilla not grilled enough, extremely raw causing the tortilla to rip very easily.Also the... staff wasnt very attentive they were busy talking to each other in a different language. I'll just make my own tacos. Read more
I?ve been visiting here for several months and I?m always welcomed. I always get fish bowl and there is this brown guy who?s... wearing black piercings, I see him working both in the kitchen and outside at the prep station. He makes the best bowl whichmakes my day. Not bad for a quick taco fix. I ordered a fish burrito. A good three-five minute wait for fresh fish I don?t mind. The fish... could use more flavor, and my rice is a little hard, not sure if it was under cooked or dried out. There was some bits of thecabbage that was hard to get through. Also the coldness of the guacamole was turn off in contrast of the other hottoppings. They have a good system to keep the line going, having one person per duty.
