This is the first time in my life I avoided deep fried meat dish during dinner. The deep fried pork chop was to tough that it... almost broke my jaw. Everyone at the table are being so polite and try to get everyone else to eat the pork chop. The friedwings outer skin is so strong that it slit the inner wall of my mouth. Glad that my working place is near dear garden! Went around 12:30 weekday time, is quite busy, people keep in and out for dine... in and take out!
