It's 4:30 am and I came here to pick up my online order where pick up was at 4:16 am, and and guess what!!! They do not have... chicken on stock and they are cooking the chicken now which will take about 10 mins he said, but I am already waiting17+mins. I meant people do come here at the midnight to become a mannequin? Be professional!! Please! If you need time don'tbring people in the wrong time and make them wait like that!! Regular customer for last one year but this is 3rd time in a raw that I am disappointed. All the time I specifically asked for... roasted spicy chicken to be made fresh and told them that I am okay waiting for long time as I know it takes time. Today ordered4 of them and again asked over call that please make all 4 fresh one and I don?t have restrictions on waiting as I live onwalking distance and again old meat pieces. I order many times by app. I always satisfy. But! Today I order chicken wing and chicken sandwiches. then.... chicken wing size... was way small than before. also sandwich chicken as well. I hope I can get same size chicken next time. all employees are verykind and nice! Read more
Five stars for Hi Five ! this is the first time i tried this chicken, and i should do it sooner! Tastiest fried chicken i?ve... ever try here in Vancouver! they have spicy one which i loved, they even have Vegan menu, and chipotle mayonnaise! but Hi Fivefor their homemade Hot Sauce, plus good customer service. what else you?ve been looking for, right? EDIT: I was able to speak to the manager of this location and he was very professional and apologetic. He tried to make it right... by not only replacing our order, and gave us 15pcs, instead of just the missing 12 pcs. He also gave us a couple of vouchers. Hepersonally took it upon himself to bring the missing order to us. Shout out to Mr. Suhas Shetty for dealing with this in such aprofessional manner. Thank you. Terrible experience via delivery app. I ordered 3 orders of the 5 pcs of chicken drumsticks. 3x5= 15, right? I was expecting 15 drumsticks but I received only 3 pcs of chicken. This order was supposed to be for a familyof four. Sure, the app offered a partial refund but that's not gonna solve what we're supposed to eat at the time. Neverordering again. Someone did warn about undercooked roasted chicken in a review. So I requested specifically and repeatedly for a 'well done'... chicken. They said it will take time. Great place to get some fast food chicken. I ordered the chicken tenders as well as the fried macaroni. Both were great it... definitely hits the spot when you're looking for a midnight snack. I've probably ordered from here at least 5 times, and thequality has been consistent. Would definitely recommend people try this place at least once. Read more
Not sure if it?s just this location or high five has simply gone down. Chicken sandwich with more fried batter than chicken. I?m... actually shocked. Not even a chicken strip worth of chicken in this. Fountain soda completely flat. Won?t be going back hereagain.
