Really $8 dollar for this and the second one has hardly any noodles. Great service. But you get gauged on prices for food. Just... a note a whole bag of noodles cost 2 bucks at Assi market. Enough to make 6 bowls with lots of noodles. Read more

I used to order from this place often, 2-3 times a week. Past few months I noticed a few things, their prices went up, portion... size got smaller and quality has dropped. It is a pricy place and I didn?t mind spending extra for quality. Now that thequality has dropped what?s the point of eating there when there?s tons of other cheaper places out there with the same quality. Read more

I would have gave this restaurant 4 stars for good tasting food but when I ordered the beef teriyaki don (shown with vegetables)... I received no vegetables. When I asked why they said they ?ran out? My girlfriends meal arrived after with the same vegetables Ishould have received. Terrible customer service Read more

One of our go-to place around the Metrotown area for Japanese food. Their menu is pretty extensive and you can find things like... bento boxes, sushi, sashimi, robata, etc... Good selection of sashimi and they also have some mix-and-match combo meals. Read more

Tasty? Yes, but definitely NOT Japanese flavor. The beef hot pot taste like Hong Kong style creamy soup, taste very good but not... authentic. The chicken karage is too hard and dry. Tuna tataki is good. Sake is almost double price of other Japaneserestaurant. Gyoza is too soft. Chicken skewer has too much sauce which is not Japanese style. And it awkward when their sushibar staffs complaint about their boss in Mandarin...it's very loud and I do understand Mandarin. Good part: service is veryquick, the waitress ladies are friendly, and good atmosphere inside Read more

Sashimi was solid. Oyster motoyaki was smaller but flavourful. Scallops wrapped in bacon were tasty as well. Service was a mixed... bag. Person who seated me looked grumpy but server who took my further requests and ultimately brought the bill was cheery andfriendly. I?d try it again. Especially because good places with Uni are harder to find. Read more

Overall the food flavour and texture was ok. The Montreal roll was much smaller than expected; the breaded scallops were not... scallops (it was imitation); we asked for no green onions in everything, but there was green onions in the miso soups and udon;we asked for wasabi and ginger separated but it was in the same box and the tamago sushi for my son had wasabi on it; the hotfood was only warm. The driver was late, didn?t know we paid online, and wouldn?t leave until we gave him a tip. Not sure if wewant to order from Kiku again. Read more

They messed up our reservation by giving it away to another party with also 4 adults and 2 kids. However we were able to get... another table quickly and they try to make it up by giving us some fresh fruits at the end. The kids love the fruits. The foodwas decent. Read more
