Wasn't ready....the people in back had to ask what I was waiting for, so could get ready. 9 times out of 10 their " Hot and ready" pizzas are not available to pick up. End up waiting like 10 min for one. They should... abandon that slogan. 3 stars because people are friendly. And pizza is good. Read more

Overall, this retail location can be busy during rush hours. If it's possible for you, you should call your order in as it could... take between 15 to 20 minutes to wait for an order if you order at the counter if it's busy. This location has undergo recentupfront renovations. It's pretty well done. Too bad, they didn't offer a small eating area with actual tables to sit. They dooffer bar stool counter tables along the window. It's a grab and go place. The service has always been great. The staff ismainly by women occasionally a guy or two. Always asking if you want the crazy bread deal or dips. The only thing I suggest isput a door in where there is an open entrance to the kitchen. This would be a security feature for the staff from an iratecustomer. Anybody can easily storm behind the counter or gain entrance to the kitchen or staff.
