Extremely stale ice cream cone ruining the taste of the entire ice cream from the very beginning ! Some of the toppings are also... very stale like the brownie, nuts. Stay away or just go with fresh fruit ice cream. Also the attendants don?t wear gloves andthis does require a lot of mixing. I noticed them putting a band aid on the finger and continuing to make ice cream. Morestrange things. One attendant weighed ice cream as per size chosen and the other just slammed it. With one spoon of this ice cream, I tasted nothing but artificial flavour from coffee and mango.. I haven't had this bad ice... cream for a long time. very poor quality. at least I tried.. I should've gotten Hagandaz coffee ice cream as I usually dowhenever I have a craving for ice cream. Read more

Super disappointed! I was in the area after grabbing dinner and thought I would grab some ice cream. We live in Vancouver, about... 30 minutes away! We got home to realize the "Chocolate Swiss" was some sour ice cream.. and by the picture, you can tell the icecream has been sitting for a while as it has frost bite. We were told we can bring it back to either refund or get an extra tubof ice cream so we did the next day but the cashier told us she couldnt refund us neither did we get an extra free tub. We havebeen customers for years ! Purchasing birthday cakes.. this is super disappointing! Wasting my time and gas to drive back andforth when we are not even close by! Read more
