This is the prettiest and most technological McDonald's I've been to so far. They even have handicapped door buttons you can use... your foot! (I want to give a 5 star just for that. It's so cool!) But it was really small, and they close the upper floor atnight. But the reason I'm giving a 3 star was because the staff gave us spoons for our icecream, and put it ON THE COUNTER.Where cash, coins and people's hands TOUCH. I worked at multiple food industry places. If he did that in my workplace, hewould've gotten fired immediately. I hope the other staff have basic food safe knowledge, and training because that alone is ahuge red flag. (I ended up asking for 2 more spoons instead of grabbing it from the counter) Read more
This is the large fries I was given. Big difference from their advertisements. At 15 minutes to closing they started kicking me... out because I had 3 bags with me from storage I was bringing to my friends house to do laundry, because of the housing crisis, Iam relying on friends for help. They assumed that I was trying to stay there, after buying a $10 meal and having no time tofinish it. If I could give -10 stars I would horrible staff. Racist and ignorant and it truly hurts to be judged that way. Read more
Came here for a quick snack. My fries were cold and stale. Half the fries were spilled all inside the bag. The dining area was... disgusting, all the tables were dirty. Trash bins were all overflowing with trash all over the floor. Very disappointing for a?new? location. Read more
If I wanted an medium sized amount if fries I would've ordered a medium.. Everytime I go it's a long wait for food, never seems... like there's enough staff. Had to ask 2x for my drink while waiting with my food(took 10 minutes for my drink to come out aftermy food) Not very clean. I mean it tastes like McDonald's you get that atleast. Read more
Went to mcdonald?s 10 minutes before they close and the staff was very friendly and explained politely they?re closing soon.... Food was quick and overall impeccable experience. The only thing is they now close at 11pm but the signs are still displaying24/7. Maybe they could improve on that. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's in Vancouver. I ordered the bigmac combo on the app, with large fries and a large coke. I got not... even as many fries as the medium fries. I had very few coke in the cup and had at least half a cup of ice. The burger was coldas well. The most annoying thing was that the waitress was simply awful. I asked her a question and she didn't even look at meor answer, she just turned around and walked away. I would sincerely recommend never ordering through the app after 11pm, youwill have an extremely poor experience. Read more
Ordered via the app and it worked like a charm. Only issue is they gave me the wrong chicken nugget sauce. This location doesnt... offer a lot of seating so i suggest just taking the food togo and eat it near the fountain where the view is better anyway. Read more
Half an hour wait for Apple pies and a small wrap. Utterly appalling! When they arrived one was hot, one was cold (insert eye... roll!) No apology, no offer of money back or any form of customer service. When I queried this I was told it was fine! It wasnot fine!!
