What the hell is the point of having & selling your coupons in a coupon book if you're not accepting it? Is it a new marketing... strategy they're trying out? Making customers visit a branch with a coupon and giving a warm welcome with "No. You cannot." ?This branch tried saving a cup of free juice but lost a bunch of other foods we were gonna buy in the end. Ordered via SKIP the dishes for delivery. The treats were nicely packed, arrived as expected cold (surprisingly not too melted... and still enjoyable) and tasted delicious. Had the new Oh Henry blizzard and the classic favourite strawberry cheesecakeblizzard and both were enjoyed by my friend and I. Can?t go wrong in this heat wave with a tasty cool treat. Read more

I give them 5 stars for customer service, but 3 stars for the cake. I ordered an oreo blizzard ice cream cake for my son's... birthday. They tried their best to make my design and even called the day before to clarify details to ensure that I'd besatisfied with the design. It was amazingly beautiful, even better than my expectations. However, when the cake was cut, itcollapsed/ caved in because the centre was hollow. It became a mess since it was hard to keep each slice intact. I tried my bestto scoop up and distribute the messy pieces into the plates. The crunchy cookie layer and caramel sauce in the middle wasn'tfresh but too dry and hard. We were extremely disappointed with the cake and my son didn't even eat his birthday cake eventhough he loves DQ ice cream and chose this himself. Oreo blizzards and dipped cones are his favorites. After this experience,we will not order DQ ice cream cakes again. Read more

Friendly staff! Overworked, always busy but good treats and the bests place for a well priced freshly squeezed grapefruit juice... and orange! I feel bad for the staff as every time I?m here is super busy, although they are efficient and work quickly. Read more

I love dairy queen. My husband was very happy with his birthday ice cream cake. They make the best blizzards. I daydream... about going back to dairy queen. If i worked there i would be a barge. Dairy queen is one of my happy places. Try the royalcheesecake blizzard. Read more

Food is average, although I buy DQ at least twice a week for many years now, it is mostly the Oreo blizzard that I truly... enjoy. Many mistakes on orders. Staff friendly I only gave it a three do to mistakes by staff. Read more
