We paid for and placed an order in store for the following day for my son's birthday at his daycare. Upon arriving for our... pickup the following day at the agreed upon time, the store was not even open (store hours say 11am, no one was present at11:20am). We had to scramble to find something else to get for the kids as they were told not to bring a lunch that day. Wespoke to the so-called 'help' line and all they did was try to call the location that we told them there was no one at. What acompletely useless company, from franchise to head office. We are still wondering how we are supposed to get our money back forthe pizza we have already paid for!!! Absolutely unacceptable, I would give zero stars if possible. Update: The owner reachedout and did his best to try and rectify the situation which we greatly appreciated. Read more
If there was a possibility to pick 0 stars I would. They didn?t even have any pizza ready for single take out and it?s 5 pm rush... and there very slow service should have pizzas ready by the slice bad business I would?ve recommend it here. Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. Made an order online and restaurant didn't have the product. They called me to inform me and... suggested a non related item and hung up the phone before I could approve. Super unprofessional and frustrating service. Washung up on multiple times. I order through Uber eats and I picked up the order, when i reach home and eat it I realized Pizza was not properly baked or not... baked at all. The taste of raw dough, meat and vegetables was horrible. I called the shop and the guy on the phone was so rudeand he was not even willing to hear my complain. Sadly my pizza came out really really raw- the dough was not cooked all the way through, i also waited for 15 mins for my pizza... to be cooked. - i orginally ordered 2 pizzas that were displayed in the front which was okay, then i wanted to order fresh hotpizza which i did but then i decided to take it home, i did not get a chance to eat it because i wanted to save it for the nextday. So when that happened today i finally got the chance to taste it, Mind you i baked the pizza in the oven had a few bitesthen i was immediately discouraged by the unpleasant texture and taste to the gooey squishy taste of raw dough? i had a deeperlook and was fully disgusted?. I wanted to give it another chance and popped it in the oven once again and still had no luck forthe pizza dough to be cooked. The bottom of the pizza was slightly burnt and raw on the inside still. HORRIBLE. I called theshop to speak to a supervisor, he was only able to give me 50% off for my next purchase, which i wanted to get my full moneyback but policy is policy i guess, wish i tasted the pizza before i left. It ia supposed to open at 11. The girl who works there usualy gets there at 11 and doesn't open until 11:10 screwing over your... lunch. She needs to start at 1030 so she is ready for the lunch rush. Read more
