I've been coming to the SFU Burnaby location of this chain for 5 years, a couple times per month on average, which adds up to... more than 100 visits, and more than $1000 spent. During the past couple months, some new staff have arrived that give customers(at least this customer) much smaller burritos. I typically order a large burrito, which lately looks (and weighs) like a smallburrito used to look half a year ago. The staff is skimping on meat, rice and black beans, specifically. I brought up thisproblem with the staff about a month ago, but as of today nothing has changed. And the prices have increased by about 15 % thisyear. Unless the management looks into this and fixes the issue, I will stop coming here, since SFU Burnaby has many other goodfood options. Read more

Poor quality. Ordered through Uber eats. Paid extra for quesso and extra cheese. No quesso or cheese in the burrito at all... and almost no meat. Almost $100 for a family of 4. Their burritos are massive, delicious, and great variety. It's more than enough for two meals alone.

Amazing burritos, I had tried the veggie one. The filling was amazing and do add Guac to your burrito. The fillings were fresh... and the price is very very economical. The views from this place and the adjoining Burnaby mountain are awesome. Read more

Ordered from here off door dash, DISAPPOINTED. Dont bother eating here just make them yourself. Added corn which I didnt ask for... , no onions and that's all the cilantro i got. Chicken also tasted... weird? Lol Read more
