I ordered through uber eats. When I got my order, I noticed the bag was open not properly closed with sticker. Also the burrito... bowl lid was not on securly so it was open when i took it out of the bag. This was not the delivery guys fault. It was thestores fault. I have been ordering from this location for several times a week for months as it is close to my work, everytime I order it is... incorrect. The staff is incapable of following instructions, not once has my bowl been made correctly. I keep ordering in hopesthey will make my food correctly but it gets worse everytime. Ordered burrito bowls and they are bland and dry. Can barely taste any sauces or sour cream. It's like eating a dry salad.... Portions are big though, but that's not a good thing when the food isn't good. Read more
I ordered their Burrito Bowl through an online app. They had a BOGO deal so I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly... surprised at the portions that I received. UPDATE: Aug 23, 2020 Social Distancing markers are good! Came back here are saw some good changes. They placed tables to keep... customers from coming close to the food. Servers are now new, as far as the front. They are a bit better at giving and askingthe usual questions. Sounded like they are upbeat in serving food too. People who don't like food service shouldn't be hired sotheir business will not get affected with bad server attitudes. I will be adding 1 star since customer service has upgraded,they have respected the social distancing and made extra precautions, the business has outdoor seating, and the food tastes abit better than before. -- March 15, 2020 food is not dry anymore. me and my husband come here more than the landmark. theveggies might be over fried cz it just sits there after 1pm. Still a good place to eat lunch. Did not change the stars becausethe staff is not taking extra care of serving since there's the covid virus is out. We were the first customers there. Compared to that place, they have similar menu and taste. Nothing wasmuch skimped. Good quality of the items on for show. -2 star not a clean place at all. the rice was hard (like from the nightbefore) meaning the staff didn't know how to maintain rice throughout the day.
