Old school burger joint that brings back memories. This location is definitely abit run down. It needs some renovations and a... good cleaning. I don't normally leave bad reviews and this is really my first time. This location is smelly the first thing you noticed... walking in. My daughter wasn't wanting to breathe into the air. The carpet is greasy and black. You can hear the sticky soundwhen the servers walk by and still hear it from 20 feet away. The forks brought were dirty. The mirrors have greasy marks.Coincidentally, my 10 year old daughter and myself were seating straight up the whole time we sat down, not wanting to touchanything. The sanitation condition just makes you feel that nothing is clean, even the food when probably they aren't? I usedto love Red Robins for years but today we've decided to never come back again unless they wash their carpets/upholstery, removethe smell and clean their mirrors and utensils properly. So much improvements need to be done to get back their supportingcustomers. I feel like sooner or later this place is going to close down due to the poor management. I see that all the badreviews they received were never seriously taken care of. All they ask is the send them an email mentioning the time, date andlocation. But it's pretty obvious when and where it happened when people leave you repeated comments here. We do hope theconditions can be fixed by leaving true comments here because Red Robins could have done better than this and it's one of myfavourite restaurants. I've been a couple of times because it's close to me and convenient. Hasn't been particularly good on any occasion. 50/50 chance... your burger is undercooked, as pictured though hard to see. Take away orders they often forget add ons and upgrades, this orderhad an extra patty added for $3.00 that never made it onto the burger. Only redeeming quality keeping it from being one star isthe bar tender on site is good. Read more
What an amazing place for burgers! Absolutely delicious juicy burgers with so many topping options and a styles and unlimited... refills on the drinks and sides! The presentation looked great too. Such an awesome dining experience. The decor inside is alsoclean, welcoming, and American Diner like. Loved it! They also have a birthday deal where you get a free burger with a side inthe month of your birthday. Tried the Mad Love burger with Caesar Salad. Loved the candied bacon and the jalapeño jellytoppings . The Monster burger was also cool looking and cheesy. The fries are also very tasty like the chips you get with fishand chips in the UK and they have all sorts of sugary fruity lemonade. I wanna try their milkshakes next time. Loved it! Read more
Used a free birthday dinner coupon, and appreciated how Red Robin gives you a month to redeem it (especially during these... times!). Chose The Southern Charm Burger, which was tasty and had some sweetness from the brown sugar glaze. It came withbottomless fries. Also ordered a Sautéed Shroom Burger with a bottomless Caesar salad. A side of onion rings costed a mere$2.49, which we took advantage of. The Monster Shake was as good as I remember it, thick and refreshing, but probably the wrongoption for the chilly weather. I don?t get a chance to go to red robin as often as I like but every time I visit the food has been fantastic. French fries are... fresh, and got to the the garlic fries and they were as delicious. YUM. Drinks and all burgers we ordered was good, wish shewould have told us bar wings wasn?t the boneless. The restaurant is a bit dark and could use some uplifting but it didn?tbother me. The reason for 3 stars is due to service. The server was not rude or anything but was rushing. As soon as we satdown she wanted to know if we were ready to order when we were even waiting for our friend. She was not friendly at all and Ifelt like I need to eat and go. Barely got any service. Dined at this Red Robin location last night to celebrate my birthday with a few friends. When it came time for the waitress to... take our orders, I informed her that I want to redeem my Birthday Burger, and she took my phone number for the birthday rewardoffer. I ordered the Tuscan Salmon burger off of their menu, but I wasn?t able to point to it on the menu (as I usually do, inorder to avoid mishaps) since she stayed across the table instead of walking over to me. I also ordered a RaspberryLimeade. When our orders came, I was surprised I was handed Fish and Chips. I asked why I received this instead of the TuscanSalmon burger and she said that choice hasn?t been available on their menu for quite some time (no indication of this on theirphysical menu), and that the fish and chips is the only thing they serve that is salmon. Not wanting extend the dinner too longas we had plans for after dinner, I reluctantly just accepted the fish and chips, which turned out to not even be salmon, butpresumably, cod. Somehow ?Tuscan Salmon Burger? ended up being standard cod fish and chips. The fish was tough, not hot, andnot juicy on the inside. It was a disappointing meal. I was not billed for the fish and chips, but was billed for theraspberry limeade. Also, unsure whether Red Robin (or just this location) still gives birthday sundaes, but I did not receiveone. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 since the waitress was pleasant and apologetic, and my friends? meals were good. However,disappointed in the mishap (and the server?s lack of knowledge of their current menu), the menus not being updated, the lack ofquality of the fish, and being charged for the drink despite the disappointing meal.
