It was Saturday night, so of course it was busy. We ordered drinks, food and appetizers. It took an hour and a half to get our... dinner. When we asked if our food would be arriving soon, they said ? it?s Saturday night, it?s busy? with some attitude. We hadto track down a server for another drink. No one checked on us at all. We had to flag them down if we wanted something. I knowthat sometimes places can be short staffed, but if there was any sort of pleasant communication it would have made things a bitbetter. They were not apologetic for the wait times at all and did not communicate well. The food was decent but I won?t begoing back again based on the service. Read more

From the first bite of the Greek salad I was impressed with the fresh flavour and I was anticipating the main course based on... the salad. I was not disappointed. The chicken souvlaki was so flavourful and the chicken so tender. The Greek salad had theperfect balance from the vinegar to the sweetness and it was so delicious! In fact the salad was so good the missus drank theremaining dressing. I would have to say it's the best Greek food in Vancouver/Burnaby. You MUST eat here! And the service isexcellent especially from the kid running the show. Thanks Max! Lily was amazing too! Eva says "you are welcome here in ourhome anytime as family and enjoy a meal." Read more

I had lamb shoulder. The first thing that surprised me was receiving some cuts of meats with no bones or fat. So I am not sure... if it was even a lamb shoulder. Even if it was lamb shoulder, I don't think all pieces waa taken from one shoulder. This is thefirst time I have been served a lamb dish like that in a Greek restaurant. It was too salty. The portion was 15-20% smaller thanother Greek restaurants that I have tried. They don't serve tzatziki with all dishes and you need to buy it separately which isvery uncommon in Greek restaurants. Overall, I was just OK. I am not sure about other dishes in the menu. Perhaps they must bebetter since the restaurant is a high rated. Update: Would give 0 if it was possible because of response that I received fromthe owner. Dear owner, I wasn't looking for bones that you are offering me lamb chops! It is a different piece of meat. Don'tmake your customers confuse. I was looking forward to taste your lamb shoulder when I visited your restaurant. Roasting andserving shoulder, neck, leg and shank in a whole without meats falling apart requires some techniques. Just search onYouTube! Sadly, you don't seem to be sorry for serving salty food to your customer. I told your staff the food is not OK andthey didn't even ask for the reason! They were so busy that we had to wave our hands for them to get their attention to orderfood! Not sure I want to visit your restaurant again. I am not a fan of lamb chops! Read more

Food was delicious. I enjoyed my happy hour roast lamb platter. One thing I noticed, Happy hour items are lower price with... smaller portion. really slow service... we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal, but we felt a bit ignored because it waspretty slow. Read more

We came here on Mother's Day without a reservation and were lucky to have a table open up within 5 minutes. I found the service... to be a little slow, our server didn't come by our table much to check in. The food was great overall. The chicken souvlaki wasa little lack luster and flavourless. It didn't taste marinated to me at least. The butter backed shrimp was amazing and Ihighly recommend. The Greek salad was nice as was the dessert. I would come back here again in the future. If you want genuine authentic Greek food then this is the spot you need to hit up!!. This place takes me back to my teenage and... early twenties when I used to work at a Greek restaurant (Bouzyos Taverna). As someone who dunked calamari for a living foreleven years, I know what great calamari is supposed to taste like..TRUST ME!. The delicious flavors here are exactly what you'dexpect from a Greek restaurant. The calamari here is absolutely one of the best in the city!!. It's perfectly cooked with crispyflour, delicious garlicy marinade and the squid is tastes fresh and yummy!!. The tzsaziki is as should be, fresh and garlicy! The service here is wonderful and the sisters that work here are soo lovely. This family owned Greek restaurant is a place youdo not want to miss!!. This was some of the best greek food I have ever had! I strongly suggest ordering the saganaki, it was cooked to perfection and... came with unlimited pita bread. The beef souvlaki was excellent, I already am planning my next visit. Highly recommend thisplace! Read more
