Slow service, gets my order wrong almost without fail, also wildly overcharged. Also, update your hours. Online it says open... till 10pm when really you?re closed at 8pm. Read more

Drove up the mountain to get a tea before it closed at 8pm. Arrived at 7:38pm. Employees were behind the bar and two customers... were inside. The doors were locked. An employee came to tell me that they?re closed. I asked why they were closed before 8pm andhe didn?t really have an answer. I asked if I could get a tea and he said no, the espresso machines are turned off. My friendpointed out that you don?t need an espresso machine for a tea, but he said no again and then went on to tell me that ?all coffeeshops on the mountain are closed now.? ????????? Read more

Hi, I'm a student of SFU, and I would like to file a complaint about a staff of yours: Taka, who had really improper behavior... and language during two of my recent visits. So, the first visit was about two weeks ago, I was ordering a Mocha Frappuccino andasked him if I could have Coconut milk instead of the original milk (I have allergy stuff). He was really impatient and refusedmy order request, stating that it's not okay to have coconut milk with a really rude tone (eventually I left without orderinganything). The second visit is on Aug 4, it's still him on the shift. I asked if I could get a cup of iced water, he firstmimicked me speaking English; the tone was really unfriendly and sarcastic. And he throws the water really hard at me while hehas absolutely no reason to have such aggressive action. Every customer in the room was shocked, I was shocked, I had neverexperienced such an unrespectful and even racist thing in my whole life and it is also uncomprehensible to have this kind ofincident happening on campus. I probably would take this up to the university and perhaps, if you have access, the camerafootage could justify my statement. Thank you. Read more

Fast customer service! Could get pretty packed if u wanna study there. Also a great location on campus!
