Was at this location . Employee Diego was leaning over display case and had hand up pant leg while leg was resting on the... counter . I?m not one to complain but it?s very unprofessional and unsanitary. As well the place was packed when he did this .He did not even wash hands after touching his leg skin . This Starbucks is beautifully placed beside the sky train station for a quick drink on the go with a gorgeous water fountain in... front. There?s chill background music setting an amazing vibe. You can eat and drink on the tables outside and enjoy thefountain or inside. An extremely popular place in The A mazing Brentwood for a well deserved reason. Read more
Ordered a drink from this location. It had a bug in it; didn?t notice it until after I drove away from Brentwood. Poor health... standards. Slow service. Very disappointed. I went to another Starbucks location on Hastings and Carleton, told them that Ifound a bug in their drink, and they redid the drink for me without additional cost. Latest and greatest.. the best Starbucks in the greater Vancouver region aesthetically and due to the awesome baristas. A... fantastic chain location on the edge of a brand new mall and nestled within Brentwood skytrain station. The coffee house isextremely modern, comfortable, low key and inviting. Hector, my barista was absolutely superb. I ordered a drip roast which Ifound out they did not do on weekends, so he actually brewed it via the traditional slow roast espresso method for me withouteven asking or hesitating. The time and effort that he put into it really meant a lot and he went above and beyond, what adude!! Give that guy a bonus as he deserves the kudos! The Starbucks is comfortable to sit in and work. The barista is friendly and professional. The chairs was a bit noisy to move... and the Starbucks echos inside. I visited on a Saturday and they handed out sample. But there was only in person at the counterbeing cashier and barista. It wasn?t busy so it was good to work in. Parking is sufficient in the area.
