This is one of my favourite Starbucks location. I frequent this one often which makes it easier for me to get to know the staff,... however - the staff themselves make this a delight! Easily one of the nicest workers even when they are slammed with happy houror morning rush or the afternoon pick me up. They take the time to speak with every guest courteously and have their drink orfood ready for them quickly. There is seating inside and some tables outside. Went to get coffee this morning ( Oct 28 ) , asked one of the baristas making coffee if i could please pour some out because it... was too hot , she replied with " you can do that in the washrooms too " Now I usually give respect and courtesy to the min wageworkers but now I understand why some treats them like trash. Efficient, new store but SOLO District recently changed the parking policy to $3.50 per hour.
How can you not add any syrup to Iced Green Tea Latte? Please teach your staff to follow the recipe. This is not the first time.... I usually order sweet drinks. The only successful drink I get from this location is Iced Vanilla Latte. Few months ago, Iordered Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and they did not put any syrup even I added additional syrup with extra money. I asked thestaff how many syrup they have put in. He said he put only one pump, when I clearly ordered 4 pumps. This drink comes with 3pumps of syrup and I have not even get the normal amount of syrup. Can you notice the cups are worst quality now. Be careful as They are leaking water after a while
Efficient, no-nonsense and simple ordering in advance delivers cup to hand upon walking through the door with a smile and... friendly barista! Nothing much to report apart from your average Starbucks joint. Very friendly staff, nice cozy coffee houseand convenient location near the Skytrain and Whole Foods. Unfortunately no indoor or outdoor seating at present due to COVID. Read more
Had tall Bry Hibis lemonade. I specifically asked light ice but instead they give 3/4 cup full of ice and very little drink. It... look only 3 sips to finish it and i paid $4.99. Thats Expensive ice. Definitely wouldn't go there again. Read more
This is my go to order everyday (Irish cream cold brew) but the presentation is definitely the worst at this location:( also the... cream is usually not so foamy. I have gone to this location a few times but I prefer The skytrain station location across thestreet. That one is the best in this area. Read more
