If you mobile order, PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. Half of the time the food will be literally inedible. The potato bun... is harder than stone and the sandwich wasn't supposed to be toasted. And they won't give you a bag for your terrible food... I'dlike my $15 back. Read more

This place has awful staff! Always late Always rude I don?t even know why I am continuing to order from here. No body even cares... about customers order, mobile orders are always late!! Like 15-20 minutes ???? Making sandwiches is a actual rocket science forthem. Read more

Worst location ever, staff is way too rude and stingy, they say theyre closed at 9 45 pm when it says its open till 10 pm and... the first subway i have been told that there is a limit of 3 sauces, why have so many options then? The lady employee thereshould look for another job because totally dealing with customers is something she can not or does not want to do. No one isforced to work at a subway right, but if you do then do it properly. 15 mins to closeing means its still open. Left my place at9 30 to rch there at 9 42 , 18 mins to closing time to here were closing and not even a sorry, didnt even try to be polite. Itsus customers who pay the bills and your wage, we dont force you to make our sandwich. Read more

This is by far the worse subway I?ve ever been to, staff are horribly rude. Very stingy location, I was told my a worker that... the owner of that location is very picky when it comes to portion sizes. I decided to give this location another try. I wasgreeted by a girl who didn?t seem like she wanted to be there in the first place. I asked for a 6 inch steak and cheese sub, thelady barely put any steak on it, I kindly asked if she can put more and she put a few little extra pieces? I looked at it andstill barely any meat asked kindly for a bit more and was told it?s extra, all I requested was a bit more and it was a struggle,this is not a busy location and I can see why; they?ve lost a customer 100 percent would never recommend anyone to go to thislocation. I ended up walking about after wanted to purchase a couple subs and some drinks; not worth it. Read more

I ordered Smashed Avocado Turkey sub but when I got my sub it was missing the avocado. I contacted the customer service about it... but they only returned an auto-generated message, no refund for the avocado. Very disappointed. Read more

I had an amazing experience at this Subway. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly, and the owner went out of his way... to make my experience amazing by surprising me with a free cookie :) Will definitely continue to support this business! Read more

Just wanted to enjoy a quick lunch after class... was eating my meatball sub and the meatballs were raw on the inside. I... complained and told the lady about it and she just kept offering me one more meatball and did not understand the fact that Iliterally just consumed raw meat. Read more

This is first subway where I was highly disappointed. The service over here was really bad. The girl over here was rude not only... with me but even with 2 other customers as well. She toasted my bread so hard that it got burnt and when I asked her to changethe bread she denied and asked for an extra charge though there was not at all my fault for the burnt bread. Although this wasnot my first time at a subway but first at this location , but I am sure it was my last for this location. Giving 1 star becausethere is no option for 0 star . I don?t want to reduce the customer for this subway but just want the owner to take strictaction on the behaviour of employees. It might bring you more customers with good employees.
