Closed before posting time was there 730 and was lights off door locked
I was in there last week and there were 3 people waiting ( including myself) and the poor girl working alone behind the counter... had to fulfill subway online orders as well as food delivery orders. The 3 of us in line had to wait while she made the ordersfor the virtual customers FIRST. Not sure this is best practice. Definitely should be helping the customers standing in frontof you first before doing online orders. If there is only ONE person working maybe turn off the food delivery apps so you canbetter serve customers in the restaurant. Did not even thank any of us for our patience, which ticked me off more then havingto wait. Read more
Just had a horrible experience at Subway with a worker named Myrna. She made her co worker cry just for asking a simple... question.. In response to her crying she said ? Shes a cry baby? and that she doesn?t care? about her... In addition, she wasswearing and being rude to us. Very disappointed with the service. Read more
No one else here at 7:30 am stood at the till for 5 mins with the server looking at me from the back I told her I have to get to... work she said ok what do you want then continued texting on her phone then I paid then she continued texting on her phone thenforgot what I ordered started making the wrong food I just left without asking for a refund because I was sure it would be toomuch for her. I order from this outlet since it is close to where I stay. I always place online order and go there to pick it up. Staff always... seem friendly. But I have often noticed them completely skipping the order requests. For instance, if I ask them for more blackolives, my sandwich may not have black olives at all. It might be an isolated incident but bear this in mind while ordering fromthis place. Read more
Weak location! Called the night before to order two platters which hold about 4 or 5 subs each. The fellow said he was new,... working alone and couldn't take my order because he didn't know how and asked me to call back the next morning. When i calledback the lady said they needed more notice because they didn't have enough bread to make the 10 subs!!??? What a joke...theymake the bread there! I've been here twice and each time the server has been rude and not friendly. She never smiled once, when I thanked her at the... end she just walked away without a word. I understand if she is having a bad day, but it's her job to provide friendly service.I will not recommend this subway and will not go back. Read more
