I recently had gone to the subway at this location on Canada Way I don?t know I?ve had Subway at quite a few places but this... location has to be the absolutely worst rundown dirty and to boot the girl that made my sandwich well let?s put it this way Idefinitely did not get what I ordered I didn?t want to go back and complain because we all know how that ends up the other thingwas it tasted awful and also the East Indian owner is sitting right there making the customers feel very uncomfortable by juststaring at them he also went behind the counter and I thought this was really inappropriate but he was like fondling the girlthat was making the sandwiches so sick and disgusting if I was anybody I would stay away from this dirty filthy place you willnot get a good sandwich nothing tastes good it?s all old and dirty avoid this place like the plague thank you for reading thisI?m just being honest Read more

Subway needs to train their employees on customer service and common sense decisions. Wife placed an order online for pickup.... When she got there, she wanted to place another order for 3 more meals. Employees told her she can only place one order at atime? Even the manager on site said that same thing, even though she was asking to place a separate new order. This employees(lunch time October 8th), couldn't even digest that she wanted to put another order, on top of the ones werr already beingprepared. They could had lost the whole sale, if it wasn't for a bunch of hungry people waiting for lunch. Unacceptable at thisstage on the Subway franchise. As too me they are losing major value and not properly training their employees for the new normwill completely destroyed them. I go here often as I work in the area. And the staff working at this location is friendly and they make amazing subs, always... consistent. You go ladies, thanks for always getting my super complicated sub always right!! However, there is an older malethat is often at this location, unsure if he's management, owner or just another worker but if you speak the language (Punjabi)and sit down to eat... You can hear how he speaks to these women, and it is not pleasant. He needs to learn to treat people withrespect. I feel bad for the staff, no one should be spoken to like that in a workplace. Be careful of how much its staff charge you especially when you pay with your smart devices such as phones or watches. There... were 2 staff working there. The thinner one didn?t even bother to print me a record of the transaction. Not even mention shegave me attitude, didn?t let me finish telling her what veggies I wanted in my sandwich, started wrapping it away. I had anintuition to go back to ask for a receipt, then they couldn?t find it until they realized that they charged me a wrong itemwhich was $1 more than I ordered. The worse part is that she?s checking her cell phone while she came from the back when I wasin the front waiting for getting a receipt. I am hoping the store manage can see this message and get his or her staff trainedbetter to serve customers properly. Read more
