I work at Burnaby Emergency so I order online from here and quickly dash out to pick it up. So far 3/3 times I've ordered a... salad with dressing on the side and it has never come on the side. Tonight my salad did not come with bacon or rice, as orderedas an extra charge that I paid. I went back inside and let the man working know, and he continued to help the customers in line.I did not have time to stay and get those items, I had to go back to work. I understand people make mistakes, but it'sfrustrating when by the time I am able to even eat my meal...it is wrong and I wasted my whole break to get there and come back.Hopefully I at least get reimbursed. Other than that, staff is friendly and I get my food on time. It just is not what Iwanted/ordered. I will continue to order there if I get what I ordered! Read more

Sandwiches are good places clean but the service is a little slow.
The employees don?t clean the knife after each used. You can see the left over sauce on the knife from the previous of order.... One time I saw a girl wiping the sauce off with her glove from a previous over then proceed to cut my sandwich ( I had my kidswith me, so I didn?t see right away, I know I wasn?t from my sandwich as it had other sauces on the knife? Only had mayo on mysandwich) Told her please wash the knife. She then said I did. I told her I watched you wiped the knife with your hands then cutthe sandwich. ????. What if someone had severe allergy. They had a sign that has buy 2 get 1 free with a drink and a bag ofchip. During the week for a while. They don?t have it up. So I?m assuming it?s still on. When it came time to pay. My bill wasover $ 35.00. I asked the lady, is the deal still on. She said they don?t do it anymore. They should at least still have a signsaying that. I had problems with this subway. A little while ago, they had a promo on cookies so I asked for these cookies in mycombo. The girl said no, it?s not included in the combo. I told her, will it doesn?t say anywhere in the store that promo stuffare not included. Read more

It's been a difficult year (2020-21) for everyone, but if one can get an exceptional service with a smile it can make his/her... day. Manpreet did just that for us - promptly juggling our orders single handedly like a breeze. The food is everything you findat a Subway but the sandwich artist can always personalize to take it a notch up. Will be visiting again soon. Read more
The staff were very friendly and showed excellent customer service. The location was very large with excellent seating options.... It was well maintained and clean. I relaly appreciate that the falafel sub was offered at the discount price unlike downtown.Its open til 3am, as well, whoch is amazing. Read more
