Food is standard for a Subway. Nothing particularly special about this location. One of the employees is sneaky and adds an... extra fee/tip onto your bill without you knowing. I tried contacting customer service but I didn’t get a response. I didn’tbother pursuing the case as it was just a couple of dollars. Read more

Slowest service I have ever gotten at a Subway. To start with, this one woman shouldn't have been running the place alone, stop... cutting corners in your employees. The woman herself had no sense of how to manage her time. It took almost fifteen minutes toprocess my boyfriend and I. Once she put his bread in to be toasted, she just stood there and waited, despite my boyfriendpointing out multiple times that I was waiting for her to start on my sandwich. In every other Subway I have been to, theemployee would have the next bread ready to be put in to toast by the time the first bread came out. When my bread was in totoast, I tried to speed my own process out by having her put my dozen cookies into their box but she completely ignored me.These may seem small things but they save the customer a lot of time, especially since we're usually trying to catch either thebus or the skytrain at this location. We barely made it out to catch our bus which comes every half hour. Last thing I want tomention is the drink machines, which were out of 70-80% of their flavours. The pop I did manage to get out of it was completelywatered down and entirely unsatisfying. This location needs to refill its syrups desperately. Today i got a turyaki subway from this location, It was tasteless like a sponge. I couldn't even eat it all. I threw it out. The... employees of this shop do not pay any attention to the customers exactly what is customer request, you may think They’re comefrom the forest, with very dirty hands we pay money for our food we work come here with empty stomach why they’reindifferent to the customer. why don’t care about customer. shame for this store staff to getting pay from store. I was there on a Sunday and the staff woman there at lunch was friendly, pleasant, and able to hold a conversation. I asked for... a wrap with extra olives and it was no problem. Only negative was that the wrap was a little less full and generous in toppingscomparing to other locations. Overall it tasted great and seeing I just moved to the area, I would come back. Read more

So apparently this place had a rep who was in her bad behaviour a couple weeks back. I had called the subway hotline and got a... response in a few days asking me to explain my situation by the regional manager named Aman Batth. Thanks to her, theconversation turned great she apologized and so did we with a two sub footlong compensation. And the reps respond better thanexpected. Thank you subway! Read more
