(2022.10.06) There are somewhat updated things. Good customer service, but I recommend checking inside the box before leaving... the spot. It still serves a good meal, but irregularly, the content could be not enough although I think it's a kind of newemployee's mistake. I am a regular customer, visiting at least once every two weeks for one year. Around one month ago, thecontents in the boxes suddenly became poor... it wasn't like before. I saw a few unfamiliar employees there, so it was just akind of little mistake of them as a beginner. But, unfortunately, today's meal boxes were even worse! It looked like the residueafter someone had already done it. I was so upset that I took a few photos and I had no choice but to complain about it showingthe pictures. I was so sorry because it is my favourite site. However, the complaint response of the long-term staff (Sammanna,if I misspelled, I'm sorry) was wonderful and kind, so I could relieve myself. She keeps me stay as a long customer. Staffs are very kind and equipped with good manners. The amount of food is not so even sometimes,but usually enough to eat. My wife loves Bangkok salad + Tobu. If I could give 0 stars I would?. Worst service around. Got my girl friend late for her class by forgetting our order.. we sat... here while others got their food just waiting. Eventually after 15-20 mins of waiting I walked up and asked how much longer andthey had not even started preparing it.. they had forgot I even ordered. Now I have less than 10 mins to eat because I have tomake it to class. Simply put worst service. Read more

Never going back. Terrible experience. Highly advise against. I got their signature No. 6 bowl and quarter of the field greens... were rotting and stinky. Not fresh at all. Next time I will be ordering from Freshii for healthy food that is actually fresh andedible... Read more

The place looked clean but the green spinach looked old and the mushrooms not washed or cleaned. She also charged us for soup... that we ordered but didn't give it to us. Over all not a good experience at all. Read more

Ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Menu says romaine, onion, cheddar etc. Instead I received greasy bread smothered in what I'm... guessing is their spicy mayo and some what tasted like fake cheese, and I swear to god less than an ounce of chicken chunks. Ihad to go back inside and ask them to add the toppings that we're on the menu. I got it back and left to eat and the staffmember merely added one wilted piece of lettuce - none of the other toppings mentioned. Needless to say I paid $9 for greasybread. This was my second time here and definitely not coming back until they actually start serving what's on their menu.. Read more

Healthy and delicious food. The prices are reasonable. And the atmosphere was cool, just right for a calm and healthy... lunch. Update: I strongly recommend the signature and the popeye wraps. These are by far my favourite choice for lunch in theneighbourhood. Read more

I've eaten lunch here twice so far. The salads are pretty decent though on the expensive side. The Pegasus is great, Caesar... kinda meh. Decent spot to grab a bite near campus though. Read more
