Poor service long line rude staff bad food quality
It is always extremely busy due to the high volume of students. However there is never enough workers. In the summer one side... was close making the line even worst. To get a coffee you need to be there with extra time otherwise you would not have thechance. I got a donut last time and it was old, hard and it did not taste good. Read more
Up on the hill at SFU
Going to this Tim Horton's is at least a funny experience because it's literally the worst one I've ever been to in all of... Canada. Went today and was told they would not sell me a bagel which was sitting in the display case because they were closingin 20 minutes. I've ordered from here in the past and had to just leave and abandon my order because it takes so long. Insteadof coming here, just stand motionless for 30 mins and then set your money on fire, at least you'd save yourself from the badattitude all the staff members seem to have. Read more
Tim Hortons always cheats out lol. They don't ask if you want crispy or slow cooked chicken for their wraps. And the sneak in... the slow cooked chicken because it's cheaper... every single time. They also try every effort to not give you coffee sleeves.These people are very dishonest. Read more
Long lines, but it's expected when it's at a university. Popular spot where students study, hangout, do their thing..... Food is... consistently good, the staff work hard and are consistently friendly. I go here almost every day and I have almost nocomplaints. Check it out Read more
Horrendously busy with huge lines. I just waited in line for 30 minutes. Not unusual for the manager to be shouting at the... customers to change lines or go to alternate cash registers. On occasion there will be waiting times for items such as potatowedges - could be possibly remedied with a more concise cooking schedule. Read more
